Motion carried. <br />Potential Road Improvement Proiects for I35E Corridor <br />The Community Development Director explained several regional transportation issues regarding <br />the CASH 8/14 and the I35E Corridor. <br />Miscellaneous Discussion <br />McRoberts related to the Commission concerns from the residents along 145th Street about <br />rezoning the property to residential since it had been determined that CSAH 8 would not follow <br />the current alignment along 145th Street. It was determined the City should wait to consider the <br />rezoning of the property until after it was determined how other road issues would be solved. <br />Malaski brought up the subject of Meth labs and hazardous waste cleanup and suggested that the <br />City consider an ordinance that would require the landowner be liable for the cost of cleanup of <br />Meth lab site. <br />Malaski mentioned that the gravel pit had not been doing reclamation in the past few years and <br />suggested the City contact them to ensure that the City is not left with the bill. <br />Adjournment <br />Peltier made motion, Kleissler seconded, to adjourn at 8:10 pm. <br />All Ayes.
