MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 129 2003 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Malaski, McRoberts, Schumann <br />ABSENT: Kleissler, Peltier, Rosenquist <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development Director <br />Kendra Lindahl, Planner <br />Michele Lindau, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Minutes of May 22, 2003 <br />Malaski made motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve of the minutes of May 22, 2003 as <br />submitted. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Site Plan for Rink -Tec <br />The Planning Commission considered the request of Rink -Tec Arena Specialists, 310 East County <br />Road D, Little Canada, for site plan approval for a 5,900 square foot building on Lot 3, Block 1, <br />Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition. <br />Community Development Director John Rask presented the site plan to the Commission, saying <br />the plan conforms to ordinance standards. <br />Jim Kellison, Kelco Company, was in attendance representing the applicant. He explained that <br />Rink -Tec is a national supplier, manufacture, and installer of ice arena refrigerated floors. <br />Kellison explained that they order some products pre -manufactured, assemble it, and ship it to the <br />project site. However, most materials are shipped directly to the project site. <br />Malaski made motion, Bailly seconded, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Rink -Tec <br />Arena Specialists. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />
