The following <br />information was received for review: <br />■ Preliminary Plat for LaValle Fields prepared by EG Rud and Sons dated April 9, 2014 <br />■ Grading, Drainage, Utility, and Erosion Control Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering <br />dated April 10, 2014. <br />Preliminary Subsurface Soil Investigation prepared by Interstate Geotechnical <br />Engineering dated December 7, 2012. <br />■ Drainage Calculations prepared by Plowe Engineering, dated April 10, 2014 <br />A summary of our findings is provided as follows: <br />Utilities <br />1. Sanitary sewer and water service is available to the site along the property boundary. The <br />sanitary sewer and watermain will be extended within the site, and designed such that it can <br />serve future development phases. A portion of the sewer and water improvements will be <br />owned and maintained by the City following construction and acceptance of the <br />improvements. Drainage and Utility easements over the public utility segments will be <br />included on the Final Plat for LaValle Fields. <br />Stormwater Manazement <br />1. Stormwater runoff for the LaValle Fields plat as a whole will be collected in anew storm <br />sewer system. The system will discharge to a new pond located on the ditch alignment east <br />of Oneka Parkway, which will be constructed during the next phase of the project.
