Planning Commission Meeting March 28, 2000- page 4 <br />:.and Use Regulations Revisions <br />After a short break, the Planning Commission began discussion on the draft revisions to the City's Land Use <br />Regulations. <br />Special Use Permit (Colonna) REVISITED <br />Emanuel Colonna returned to the meeting and Schumann opened the floor to him. Colonna expressed <br />displeasure over the Planning Commission's decision to recommend a temporary mobile home permit instead of <br />the requested conditional use permit. The Planning Commission explained to Colonna their reasons for their <br />decision, and told him it was only a recommendation to the City Council and the Council may, or may not <br />support it. <br />Land Use Regulations Revisions CONTINUED <br />The Planning Commission continued discussion of the draft revisions to the City's Land Use Regulations. <br />Specifically discussioned were revisions to Home Occupations, Site Plan Reviews, and the Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) Zoning District. City Council member Mike Granger was at the meeting as the City <br />Council liaison and was involved in some of the discussion. <br />April Meetings <br />Schumann made motion, Peltier seconded, to hold special meetings of the Planning Commission on April 17, <br />2001 and April 18, 2001 to continue work on the Land Use Regulations revisions. <br />All AYES. <br />Motion carried. <br />Recess <br />At 9:20 pm, Schumann made motion, Peltier seconded, to recess until the Everton Avenue meeting on March <br />29, 2001. <br />All AYES. <br />Motion carried. <br />1 C (Iuo % <br />Michele Lindau, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
