Motion carried. <br />Professional Planning Service (Sanders, Wacker, Bergly) <br />The Planning Commission reviewed a memorandum prepared by landscape architects and <br />planners, Sander, Wacker, Bergly, regarding the draft study of City Standards. <br />Also present were City Council members Chuck Haas, Leroux, Petryk, and Stoltzman. <br />Representatives from Liberty, a development in Stillwater, presented their development and <br />answered questions of the City Council and Planning Commission. <br />The City Council and Planning Commission expressed interest in doing a cherette with all those <br />involved in the development process, as well as Sanders, Wacker, Bergly, Inc. <br />Housing Policy <br />Schumann made motion, Malaski seconded, to table discussion of the Housing Policy until a <br />time when all City Council Members can be present. <br />All AYES. Motion Carried. <br />Parks Commission Appointment <br />Puleo made motion, Kellison seconded, to appoint Bronwen Kleissler to serve on the City's <br />Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Commission for the year 2000. <br />All AYES. Motion Carried. <br />Planning Commission Interviewing Committee Appointment <br />Kellison made motion, Peltier seconded, to appoint Sandy Malaski to the interview committee to <br />fill the vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br />All AYES. Motion Carried. <br />Zoning Committee Appointment <br />A committee had been formed to discuss custom slaughter operations within the City. <br />
