Minutes for the Planning Commission January 26, 2000 - Page 2 <br />Site Plan Approval (Lametti & Sons) <br />Lametti Sons, Inc., 16028 Forest Blvd. N., have requested site plan approval to add approximately <br />720 square feet of modular temporary office space to their business at the above address to <br />provide work space for their employees. <br />Lametti stated the structure would remain in place for 3-5 years. <br />Kellison made motion, Peltier seconded, to recommend approval of 720 square feet of modular <br />temporary office space at 16028 Forest Blvd N., with the following conditions: <br />1. Colors of the building material are similar to the existing office addition. <br />2. The applicant is in compliance with the existing conditions set forth in the Conditional Use <br />Permit for Lametti & Sons <br />3. Proposed office addition is reviewed and approved by the City Building Inspector and City <br />Engineer. <br />4. The office addition be added as an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for the <br />property. <br />5. The use and condition of the structure, if still in place, be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission at the end of the 5' year. <br />All AYES.. Motion carried. <br />Resolution 2000-1(PC) <br />The Planning Commission considered Resolution 2000-1(PC) which would provide for Tax <br />Increment Financing on Block 1 Lot 1, 2, and 5 in the Bald Eagle Industrial in the same manner <br />it does other adjacent Industrial Zoned property. <br />Kellison made motion to adopt Resolution 2000-1(PC) finding that the modification of the <br />development program for Development District No. 1 and the modification to the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-1 conform to the general plans for the <br />development and redevelopment of the City. . <br />AYES: Kellison, Malaski, Peltier, Schumann, Puleo <br />Land Use Regulations Conflict <br />It had been discovered that Section 5.13c and Section 71.4 of the City's Comprehensive Land <br />Use Regulations are directly contradictory. In Section 5.13c, "Land with an Urban Residential, <br />Multi -Family, Central Business, General Business, General Industrial, Central Residential, and <br />Residential Service Zoning Districts may not be subdivided, divided, or platted without being <br />serviced by municipal sanitary sewer and public water service". Section 7.14 states "Wherever <br />municipal sanitary sewer, storm sewer, or water service are reasonably available to a <br />development site, and the land is located in an area where such services is legally accessible, all <br />land development shall utilizes such services.
