Planning Commission Meeting December 20, 2000- page 2 <br />to provide for additional classroom space. <br />There were no other comments, and Puleo closed the public hearing. <br />Schumann made motion, Malaski seconded, to approve the Conditional Use Permit for temporary classrooms at <br />the Hugo Elementary School, adding a condition to allow for the Planning Commission to review the CUP in <br />2005, and to include the 7h building to be used to accommodate support facilities. <br />All AYES. Motion carried. <br />Update on Long -Range Planning Proiects <br />The Community Development Director provided the Planning Commission with a list and time line for the <br />following community development projects: Everton Avenue, Community Charette, Comprehensive Plan <br />Update, and Zoning Ordinance Update. <br />Wildlife Urban Interface Proiect <br />Peggy Sand from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) spoke to the Council about the Wildlife Urban <br />Interface Project. Sand explained the DNR's desire to work with the City in creating land development and <br />management tools to better incorporate natural resource conservation goals. <br />McRoberts made motion, Buller seconded, to encourage interaction between developers and the DNR. <br />AYES: Malaski, McRoberts, Puleo, Schumann, Kleissler, Buller. <br />JAY: Rooney <br />Motion carried. <br />Adiourn <br />Buller made motion, Malaski seconded, to adjourn at 8:43 p.m. <br />All AYES.
