MINUTES OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 9-24-97 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 7:12PM. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Rubenzer, Schumann, Waller, Kellison, Malaski <br />City Planner, Ed Elliott <br />ABSENT: Harrison <br />Motion made by Dave Schumann, seconded by Ken Rubenzer, to approve the minutes for <br />the Planning Commission meeting August 27, 1997, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion passed. <br />Motion made by Sandy Malaski, seconded by Dave Schumann to approve Parks <br />Subcommittee minutes of September 10, 1997, as submitted. <br />Sandy Malaski noted that some quotes were attributed to the wrong speaker. <br />Minutes stated that Beaver Estates Development should dedicate 7% of gross total land <br />for neighborhood park in area identified by Sanders Wacker Bergly. <br />All aye. Motion passed. <br />SUBDIVISION (COLONNA) <br />Mr. Colonna was present to discuss the subdivision. Mr. Dave Nordhausen of 170th and <br />Mr. Art Jensen spoke in favor of the division. Mr. Colonna explained the shape of <br />driveway was actually only combined on Washington County right-of-way. Mr. Kellison <br />inquired if Mr. Colonna understood that the remaining 36 acres could not be subdivided <br />without building a road. Mr. Colonna acknowledged that he understood. Public Hearing <br />was closed. <br />Motion was make by Dave Schumann and seconded by Theodora Peltier to approve PUD <br />subdivision subject to following stipulations: <br />1. A satisfactory Development Agreement limiting further subdivision of the 36.5 acre lot <br />to one additional lot until such time as public sewer and water become available and <br />zoning classification changes. <br />2. Approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />GOODVIEW/130TH SUBDIVISION -CONCEPT PLAN <br />Mr. Dick Paulson of Cedar Woods Homes and Warren Olson presented a concept plan <br />for a 105 acre PUD cluster development south of 132nd St. and east of Goodview Ave. <br />
