MINUTES OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 9-24-97 The regular meeting was called to order by Theodora Peltier at 7:12PM. PRESENT: Peltier, Rubenzer, Schumann, Waller, Kellison, Malaski City Planner, Ed Elliott ABSENT: Harrison Motion made by Dave Schumann, seconded by Ken Rubenzer, to approve the minutes for the Planning Commission meeting August 27, 1997, as submitted. All aye. Motion passed. Motion made by Sandy Malaski, seconded by Dave Schumann to approve Parks Subcommittee minutes of September 10, 1997, as submitted. Sandy Malaski noted that some quotes were attributed to the wrong speaker. Minutes stated that Beaver Estates Development should dedicate 7% of gross total land for neighborhood park in area identified by Sanders Wacker Bergly. All aye. Motion passed. SUBDIVISION (COLONNA) Mr. Colonna was present to discuss the subdivision. Mr. Dave Nordhausen of 170th and Mr. Art Jensen spoke in favor of the division. Mr. Colonna explained the shape of driveway was actually only combined on Washington County right-of-way. Mr. Kellison inquired if Mr. Colonna understood that the remaining 36 acres could not be subdivided without building a road. Mr. Colonna acknowledged that he understood. Public Hearing was closed. Motion was make by Dave Schumann and seconded by Theodora Peltier to approve PUD subdivision subject to following stipulations: 1. A satisfactory Development Agreement limiting further subdivision of the 36.5 acre lot to one additional lot until such time as public sewer and water become available and zoning classification changes. 2. Approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District. All aye, motion passed. GOODVIEW/130TH SUBDIVISION -CONCEPT PLAN Mr. Dick Paulson of Cedar Woods Homes and Warren Olson presented a concept plan for a 105 acre PUD cluster development south of 132nd St. and east of Goodview Ave.
