Hugo Planning Commission - 9/24/97 <br />Page 2 <br />The concept provides 60 acres of common open space, a loop road with three cul-de-sacs <br />serving 20 lots. Issues of concern to Planning Commission included length of cul-de-sac, <br />density, access for emergency vehicles, and status of 130th St. cartway. <br />DOWNTOWN PLAN <br />The Planning Commission discussed the draft Downtown Plan, and had concerns about <br />proposed locations of the Post Office and City Hall on the Plan. A request was made to <br />have these issues clarified by Fred Hoisington at the October 22, 1997 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />DNR WORKSHOP <br />The DNR will be holding a workshop on October 29-30, 1997. Information was <br />distributed concerning "The Keeping Nature In Your Neighborhood" workshop. Sandy <br />Malaski and Dave Schumann expressed an interest in attending. <br />Rubenzer made motion, Malaski seconded, to adjourn at 9:04PM. <br />All aye.
