The Planning
Commission felt the Housing and Redevelopment Authority should be contacted, and the advantages and
disadvantages of low income housing should be explored. Also suggested was a market study be done to
determine the need for more townhomes in the area. Other concerns were inadequate roads to
accommodate future development and the lack of neighborhood parks.
The City Administrator was directed to prepare an amended housing policy for the Planning Commission
to review and discuss at the next meeting.
Kellison made motion, Kellison seconded, to adjourn at 8:55 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Michele Lindau, Secretary
Planning Commission
