A solid wood fence be installed around the play area. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Peltier to recommend the City Council <br />amend the Zoning Ordinance to include day care facilities as a special <br />use. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT - BEVER <br />Bever's would like to establish a wholesale landscape business at 7131 <br />132nd St. Applicant's are proposing a ten acre business site, as well as <br />their residence. Included are 3 driveway access point, a 40' X 80' pole <br />barn, septic and well locations, and parking for approximately 29 cars. <br />The operations area includes a 250 foot gravel access area, a 104' X 86' <br />hard goods area for rock, chips, brick, modular block, boulders, edging, <br />edging, and fountains. Jim Bever, III, stated he had received verbal <br />approval from Rice Creek Watershed District for the proposed use. <br />Commissioner Kellison did not feel that this was an agricultural use, but <br />rather a commercial use. <br />)tion made by Schumann, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the <br />_?ecial Use Permit request of Jim Bever, 7131 132nd St. subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.
