Included are 3 driveway access point, a 40' X 80' pole barn, septic and well locations, and parking for approximately 29 cars. The operations area includes a 250 foot gravel access area, a 104' X 86' hard goods area for rock, chips, brick, modular block, boulders, edging, edging, and fountains. Jim Bever, III, stated he had received verbal approval from Rice Creek Watershed District for the proposed use.
