Minutes - November 20, 1996 <br />Page 5 <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the request of Margaret Waller <br />to rezone 160 acres from Agricultural to Long Term Agricultural. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />SUBDIVISION REOUEST - GROVER STORM <br />Mr. Grover Storm is proposing to subdivide a 24 -acre property into two lots of 10 and 14 acres. <br />The 10 -acre (Parcel C) property will be retained as the applicant's residence. The property is <br />zoned RR2 (5 acres) and subject to shoreland zoning (LS) zoning conditions: <br />The proposed minor subdivision complies with required zoning standards. The applicant has an <br />approved septic site, approval from the RCWD, and delineated wetland, pondage, and flowage <br />easements on the certificate of survey. The easements are intended to be dedicated to the City. <br />Motion made by Schumann, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the request of Grover <br />Storm to subdivide 24 acres into two lots of 10 and 14 acres subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Collection of the parkland dedication fee for one lot $500.00. <br />2. Conveyance of the conservation easements to the City. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT - PULEO <br />Frank Puleo is requesting to amend his 1994 SUP to sell agricultural and horticultural products NOT <br />grown on site as well as horticultural supplies, decorative floral items and Christmas trees and <br />decorations. The original SUP allows for sale of agricultural goods as a special use. Mr. Puleo currently <br />has SUP's for two greenhouses, a telecommunications tower and a pole bam in the flood fringe, and also <br />his residence. The property is 40 acres in size and is zoned Agriculture. <br />Mr. Puleo stated that he is not a landscaping business and is proposing the sale of fertilizer, bagged soil <br />and other plant products.
