P.C. Minutes - July 27, 1994 <br />Page 3 <br />7. <br />Any signs <br />for the development <br />shall be <br />permitted in accordance with <br />Chapter 266 <br />of the City code. <br />S. <br />Hours of <br />operation be limited <br />to 9:00AM <br />to <br />11:00PM, Sunday through <br />Thursday <br />and 9:00AM to Midnight, <br />Friday <br />and <br />Saturday. <br />9. <br />Fence on <br />west property line be <br />adequate <br />to <br />obstruct lighting and <br />view. <br />10. <br />All construction <br />be contained <br />on property, <br />specifically parking <br />surface. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />After reviewing additional information provided to the City from Northwest <br />Associated Consultants and Loucks and Associates the following <br />recommendation was made. <br />Motion made by Agness, seconded by Schumann to recommend to the City <br />Council to hire Loucks and Associates to assist the City in revision of <br />it's comprehensive plan. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Agness to adjourn at 8:58PM. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
