MiOutwsi ~ October 26, 1994 <br />Page 2 <br />Ms. Luella Gregoire, 16520 Henna Ave. North, has requested a rezoning of <br />30 acres of property located in the southeast quarter of the southwest <br />quarter of Section 10, T31, R21W. The property is currently zoned <br />conservancy. Ms. Gregoire wishes it to be rezoned to Agricultural in <br />order to subdivide the property into ten acre parcels. <br />Consensus of the Planning Commission was that property currently zoned <br />conservancy should remain as a 20 acre minimum. During the public <br />hearing, Mr. Gene Riopel stated he had no objection to the rezoning, but <br />questions the impact that additional density will have on the area. The <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Motion made by Kellison, seconded by Schumann, to recommend denial of the <br />request of Luella Gregoire to rezone 30 acres from Conservancy to <br />Agriculture. <br />AYE: Agness, Schumann, Rubenzer, Malaski, Kellison <br />NAY: Peltier <br />Motion passed. <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL - TERRY WAGENER <br />Mr. Terry Wagener, 5061 Alameda St., Shoreview, has requested site plan <br />approval to add a 30' X 180' storage area on the east side of his <br />existing, concrete building located at 5212 130th St. North, in the Bald <br />Eagle Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Wagener stated the building would not contain hazardous materials. <br />Plastic sheeting, molds and some finished product would be stored in the <br />building. <br />Motion made by Agness, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the <br />site plan approval request of Terry Wagener to construct a 30' X 180' cold <br />storage building at 5212 130th St. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Ms. Tammy Miltz-Miller is interested in serving on the Planning <br />Commission. Administrator will contact Ms. Barnes to schedule an <br />interview. <br />
