P.C. Minutes - August 25, 1993 Page 2 Mr. Chalupsky stated he intends to build a residence on the parcel he is proposing to construct the storage building on, however not for approximately 5 years. Motion made by Davis, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the SUP for Lloyd Chalupsky to construct a storage building on the lot adjacent to his residence at 8010 130th St. subject to the following special conditions: I. The special use permit shall terminate at any time the parcels currently owned by the Chalupsky's are sold or transferred separately. 2.The Chalupsky's represent and warrant to reimburse the City for all fees and expenses involved in enforcement of city ordinances on their property subject to the special use permit. All aye, motion passed. DRAFT SURVEY - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Judy Marshek, of Research Quik will present to the Planning Commission an initial draft of the survey to be used to determine public opinion regarding Hugo's Comprehensive Plan. Committee chairs involved in the Comp Plan review process have also been invited to attend the meeting for discussion of the survey. Ms. Marshek reviewed the proposed questions with the Planning Commission. Dan Davis stated he would like the survey to indicate that the information collected would be used in revising the city's comprehensive plan. He would also like the term "low cost housing" deleted from the questionnaire, but does feel it is a very good survey. Ms. Marshek will provide additional draft copies to any member of the Commission who would like them as they are revised. WOODS OF BALD EAGLE Although no formal application has been received, the Planning Commission again reviewed the concept plan for Woods of Bald Eagle with Mr. Merila and Ken Tschida. The developers will proceed with the application and return to the City for further review. Motion made by Davis, seconded by Rubenzer to adjourn at 9:20PM. All aye, motion passed.
