That Schumann's existing auto body/auto repair business is recognized <br />as part of this Permit as a valid nonconforming use; that this <br />business must be maintained in its present building structure and <br />cannot expand; that vehicles waiting for repair are limited to 10 in <br />number, and that the parking area for autos awaiting repair must be <br />screened from public view. <br />6. That all junk vehicles on Parcels 3 and 4, regardless of ownership, <br />must be maintained in the holding area specified in paragraph 2 <br />above. Nothing in this permit restricts beyond normal regulations, as <br />applied to other residential property, the use and storage of the <br />personal automobiles of the owners of parcels 3 and 4, so long as they <br />are registered and licensed by the owners or residents of Parcels 3 <br />and 4. <br />7. That Schumann must obtain an annual license to operate his junk/auto <br />reduction yard from the City of Hugo; that the City shall inspect <br />Schumann's property annually for Permit compliance prior to issuance. <br />S. That in addition to the annual license inspection by the City, the <br />City may inspect the Schumann property for compliance under this <br />Special Use Permit at reasonable times, following reasonable notice to <br />Schumann. <br />9. That, in addition to compliance under this Special Use Permit, and <br />under the ordinances of the City of Hugo, Schumann is required to keep <br />in force and effect all necessary and applicable permits and/or <br />licenses from the Washington County Department of Health, the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and any other department and/or <br />agency having jurisdiction over the operation of his business. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Davis to adjourn at 10:30PM. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
