More information regarding the irrigation system and well and how they <br />will impact the surrounding area. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />A public hearing was held to consider the request of Kenco Construction to <br />subdivide a portion of Lot 7, Block 3, BIRCH TREE PONDS 2ND ADDITION, <br />which will be combined with Lot 6, Block 3, BIRCH TREE PONDS 2ND ADDITION, <br />in order to provide a 10' setback from the property line for the existing <br />home on Lot 6. An error was discovered in the placement of the home on <br />Lot 6 within the required 10' setback from its southern property line. In <br />order to correct this deficiency, Kenco seeks to subdivide Lot 7 in order <br />to provide sufficient property for Lot 6 to obtain the 10' side yard <br />setback. Lot 7 would still meet the requirements of the City's land -use <br />regulations. <br />Mr. Jim Merila was present to address any questions from the Planning <br />Commission. After a brief discussion the following recommendation was <br />made. <br />Motion made by Olson, seconded by Peltier to recommend approval of the <br />subdivision request of Kenco Construction to subdivide a portion of Lot 7, <br />Block 3, Birch Tree Ponds 2nd Addition to be combined with Lot 6, Block 3, <br />in order to comply with the 10 setback requirement. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion to adjourn made by Olson, seconded by Agness at 8:03. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
