Rezoning be subject to the approval of the subdivision of the property <br />and thus conditioned upon the final special use permit. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion made by Olson, seconded by Rubenzer to recommend approval of the <br />subdivision request of Harlee Anderson to subdivide a 20 acre parcel into <br />one 5 acre parcel and one 15 acre parcel subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Payment of parkland dedication fee. <br />2. Subject to approval of the Special Use Permit for a golf course. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Gerald Mogren and Richard Schreier have applied to subdivide a 39.96 acre <br />tract of land in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, Section <br />25, T31N, 21W, Washington County, into two equal parcels of 19.78 acres. <br />Applications have been filed with Washington County for driveway and <br />septic system permits for these sites. In addition, Washington County <br />Public Works Department has requested that as part of the subdivision <br />approval, the county be granted additional right-of-way to extend 50 feet <br />from the center line of County Rd. 57 across this property. Staff <br />recommends that any approval be subject to City receiving septic system <br />and driveway permits and the easement as requested by Washington County. <br />Mr. Bruce Folz represented the applicants. David Lutz adjacent property <br />owner was concerned about the proposed easement. <br />After a brief discussion Mezzano made motion, seconded by Peltier to <br />recommend approval of the subdivision request of Gerald Mogren and Richard <br />Schreier to subdivide 39.96 acres into two equals parcels of 19.78 acres <br />each, property zoned agricultural. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Administrator Museus informed the Planning Commission that an issue <br />identification workshop has been scheduled for Thursday, January 14, <br />7:00PM, Hugo Elementary School.
