Handicapped facilities and parking shall be provided' <br />13. The site in question must be plowed on a regular basis in the winter- <br />time. <br />intertime. <br />14. Regular garbage and refuse service shall be provided. <br />15. Bituminous curbing shall be installed on the north and western edges <br />of the site near the buried gasoline tanks to prevent any spillage of <br />gasoline into the ditch systems adjacent to the site. <br />16. All conditions of the special use permit must be met prior to issuance <br />of the certificate of occupancy. <br />17. A building permit must be applied for within 120 days from permit <br />approval and substantial construction of any building and improvements <br />must be underway within 120 days of permit issuance. <br />18. Property lines must be identified on site, by owner to assure proper <br />setbacks when buildings are to be constructed if required by the code <br />enforcement officer. <br />19. No significant deviations from the approved site plan shall be <br />permitted. <br />20. Encroachment into the designated easement on site shall be prohibited. <br />21. The applicant and/or owner shall permit access to the referenced site <br />at reasonable times for periodic inspections to assure compliance with <br />this permit. <br />22. On site facility shall be served with municipal sewer and water as per <br />City policy. <br />23. The elevation at or near the gas pumps be increased by one foot as per <br />the city engineers recommendation. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Chairman Senkler also requested that the drainage issue concerning the gas <br />pump islands and the water and sewer facilities in the area be reviewed by <br />the staff. <br />Chairman Senkler informed commission members that a special planning <br />commission meeting will be held on July 2, 1990 at 8:00PM in conjunction <br />with the regular city council meeting to review the proposed wood <br />treatment facility north of Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br />Chairman Senkler requested Administrator Huber draft a letter to the City <br />of Lino Lakes expressing the planning commission's interest in attending <br />the planning meetings in regard to their proposed industrial development <br />along the west corporate border of Hugo. Mr. Senkler has volunteered to <br />attend the meetings on a regular basis and would like the invitation to be <br />open to any other commissioners interested in attending the meetings.
