Motior made by Senkler, seconded by Her,y to recomnenu approval of the <br />Amended Special Use Permit for Richard C-aresc to construct a 10' X 16' <br />boathouse on Lot 8, Block 1, Royalhaven Estates prior to construction of a <br />principal residence subject to the following special conditions' <br />Motion passeo. <br />Administrator <br />Huber <br />reviewed the <br />proposal of Mr. Dan <br />Santanni at the <br />request <br />of Chairman <br />Senkler' Mr. <br />Huber stated that <br />Mr. Dan Santanni of <br />1019 W. <br />Sherren St., <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br />has made <br />application to the City <br />of Hugo <br />for the construction <br />of a <br />54' X 40' pole barn <br />in an agricultural <br />zone prior <br />to cnnstruction <br />of a residence. <br />Mr. Santanni <br />owns <br />approximately <br />80 acres <br />north of 125th <br />W. on the property <br />generally <br />described <br />as the east <br />1/2 of the <br />northeast 1/4 of Section <br />33, T31, R21&, <br />Washington <br />Courty, <br />Minnesota.
