MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION February 25, 1987 The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Rudisill at 7:OOPM. PRESENT: Blanchard, Sullivan, Senkler, Schreifels, Jesinski, Olson, Rudisill, Administrator Huber, and C. LaBelle Motion made by Sullivan, seconded by Jesinski to approve the Minutes of January 28, 1987 as submitted. All aye, motion carried. A brief review of the Administrative Procedures and Operating Policy was conducted and one change in Article VII, Section 3. The change would be made to read "a motion from the floor must be made and acted on... Motion made by Senkler, seotonded by Schreifels to approve the Administrative Procedures and Policy as amended. All aye, motion carried. CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA PLANNING COMMISSION ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES & OPERATING POLICY ARTICLE I NAME OF COMMISSION The name of this organization shall be the Hugo City Planning Commission. ARTICLE II AUTHORIZATION The authorization for the establishement of this Planning Commission is set forth under Minnesota Statutes 472.354, amendments and supplements thereto. Powers and duties are delegated to the Planning Commission by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, by City ordinance, in accord- ance with the above mentioned enabling law. ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP Section 1. Regular members shall consist of 7 voting per- sons appointed by the City Council. Each member shall be entitled to one vote. A non-voting, ex -officio member shall be appointed by the City Council from among its members. Section 2. In the event any regular member of the Commission is absent from 3 consecutive regular scheduled meetings or six commission meetings in a 12 month period, the chairman shall request that the City Council declare said members seat vacant and appoint a replacement.
