Planning Commisison Minutes <br />May 27, 1987 page 5 <br />B.E.S.A. <br />Senkler made motion, seconded by Schreifels to recommend approval of the B.E.S.A. <br />Special Use Permit subject to existing 24 special conditions; <br />1. Any and all conditions of the Special Use Permit must be met within <br />6:; days, unless otherwise stipulated in this permit. If conditions <br />are not met, the Speciai Use Permit approval will be null and void <br />and a new application must be f lled out. <br />2. A sign listing the name, hours of operation, club and emergency <br />telephone number (911), be installed at the main gate. The safety <br />rules are to be posted on the sign, which shall be 4 x 8 feet <br />lateral dimension. <br />3. A legal fence to be maintained in a tight and upright condition. <br />Signs identifying the property be posted so that at no point is <br />there not a sign readable. <br />4. Membership not to exceed 350. An annual declaration of membership <br />shall be filed with the City. <br />5. The City of Hugo be provided with a current list of names, addresses, <br />and phone numbers of club's officers. This list should be filed <br />annually, or when there is any change of officers. <br />6. A min irmam of replacement trees be planted each year. A reforestation <br />plan shall be filed with the City and revised annually. <br />7. A range officer must be on duty at all times the club is opened to the public. <br />8. The club's hours will be as follows: <br />SUNDAYS <br />The club will be opened the last two (2) Sundays in September, and four (4) <br />Sundays in October. Hours of operation to be from 12 o'clock noon until <br />6:00 PM. <br />MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY <br />Hours of operation — 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM <br />SATURDAY <br />Hours of operation — 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM <br />HOLIDAYS <br />The club will close Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and the week <br />of the 4th of July. <br />9. Unlimited use of off hours on the days the club is authorized to be opened <br />for youth groups and firearm safety programs. Limited to 22 caliber rimfire. <br />
