Planning Commisison Minutes May 27, 1987 page 5 B.E.S.A. Senkler made motion, seconded by Schreifels to recommend approval of the B.E.S.A. Special Use Permit subject to existing 24 special conditions; 1. Any and all conditions of the Special Use Permit must be met within 6:; days, unless otherwise stipulated in this permit. If conditions are not met, the Speciai Use Permit approval will be null and void and a new application must be f lled out. 2. A sign listing the name, hours of operation, club and emergency telephone number (911), be installed at the main gate. The safety rules are to be posted on the sign, which shall be 4 x 8 feet lateral dimension. 3. A legal fence to be maintained in a tight and upright condition. Signs identifying the property be posted so that at no point is there not a sign readable. 4. Membership not to exceed 350. An annual declaration of membership shall be filed with the City. 5. The City of Hugo be provided with a current list of names, addresses, and phone numbers of club's officers. This list should be filed annually, or when there is any change of officers. 6. A min irmam of replacement trees be planted each year. A reforestation plan shall be filed with the City and revised annually. 7. A range officer must be on duty at all times the club is opened to the public. 8. The club's hours will be as follows: SUNDAYS The club will be opened the last two (2) Sundays in September, and four (4) Sundays in October. Hours of operation to be from 12 o'clock noon until 6:00 PM. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Hours of operation — 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM SATURDAY Hours of operation — 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM HOLIDAYS The club will close Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and the week of the 4th of July. 9. Unlimited use of off hours on the days the club is authorized to be opened for youth groups and firearm safety programs. Limited to 22 caliber rimfire.
