Mrs. Pfurtscheller stated the animals are hay fed and each of the three <br />boarders buy their own feed. The people boarding horses are friends or <br />relatives of the property owner and the owners receives no consideration <br />for keeping of the animals. <br />The question of animal feces disposal was raised and the applicant stated <br />that removal from the property would be possible. <br />Motion made by Sullivan, seconded by Henry to recommend approval of the <br />Special Use Permit for Jeanette Pfurtscheller, to board horses at 8745 <br />122nd St. subject to the following special conditions. <br />1. Animals be restricted to the area identified on the site plan and no <br />animals be allowed to graze within 500' of the Round Lake shoreline. <br />2 Permit approval shall be subject to the approval and recommendations <br />from the state Department of Natural Resources. <br />3. Double permit fees be charged for proceeding with this land use and <br />construction prior to securing the required permits. <br />4. A building permit must be applied for within 30 days of special use <br />permit approval for remodeling work: done without required permit. <br />5. A fully dimensioned site plan must be provided showing the precise <br />location of buildings and corral area for future reference. <br />6. Any resubdivision of the 16.9 acres in question shall render this <br />permit null and void. <br />7. No advertising signs shall be permitted on site. <br />G. All fees relating the review and issuance of this permit shall be paid <br />by the applicant including the cost of recording this permit with <br />Washington County. <br />9. All activities shall not cause the altering of any watercourse, ditch, <br />or drainage system. <br />10. The applicant must provide access to the referenced site for periodic <br />inspections to assure conformance with this permit. <br />11. Any revisions to the approved site plan must be reviewed by the <br />Planning Commission and approved by the City Council. <br />12. Number of animals on site shall be limited to horses and shall not <br />exceed 6. <br />1:. No commercial use of this property shall be permitted. <br />14. All applicable conditions of this special use permit must be met <br />within ..30 days unless otherwise stipulated in this permit. If these <br />conditions are not met the permit shall be null and void. <br />15.
