Planning commission <br />Feb. 12, 1986 page 3 <br />with material from Lot 9 as per plan submitted including silting fence, with <br />the following conditions; <br />1. a $300.00 deposit is required. <br />2. Ten foot drainage easement dedicated to the City of Hugo along each property <br />line, north and south, from the lake to the road (Lot 3). <br />3. Perc test and drainfield location should be determined before buidling <br />permit is issued. <br />4. a hold harmless clause to the City of Hugo to cover any damage resulting from <br />the filling. <br />5. foundation to be on undisturbed land. <br />6. All slopes should be 3 to 1 or greater <br />7. Maintain or establish outlet as proposed on plan. <br />8. A permit be received from RCWS. <br />9. An appropriate bond for compliance or existing bond to be released when work <br />is completed (bond to represent lots 3 & 9) <br />10. Work is to begin within one year. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Verna Larsen - Subd - Mrs. Larsen received the letter signed by Strandberg's who <br />are the fee owners of the property. Mr. Atkinson felt this letter and the copy of <br />the deed in the file would serve as proof of ownership. <br />Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Atkinson to recommend approval of the sub- <br />division for Verna Larsen/Strandbergs as per plot plan dated 2/12/86. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend waiving the hardshell <br />requirement. all aye, motion carried. <br />Fashingbauer left at 10:20 PM. <br />Jim Howe - SPA - The application was received at the meeting. This matter <br />was tabled until March 12, 1986 to give the commission an opportunity to view <br />the property because there are currently a number of buildings on the property. <br />Motion made by Granger, seconded by Schoeller, to adjourn at 10:35 PM. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
