MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 23, 1986 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:01 PM. <br />PRESENT: Bob OKlson, Fashingbauer, Rudisill, Ray Olson, Atkinson <br />ABSENT: Schoeller, Granger <br />Motion made by B. Olson, seconded by Atkinson to approve the minutes of <br />April 9, 1986. All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meetinag was recessed and the Bjorum public hearing called to <br />order at 7:05 PM. <br />Wayne Bjorum - Public hearing - There was no one from the public to comment. <br />The public hearing closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:11 PM. <br />Bjorum - Subdivision - Mrs. Bjorum stated that they are selling approximately <br />20 acres and the buyer feels the property would be more desirable zoned Ag. <br />rather than Conservancy ( 93036-0100) <br />Motion made by Ray Olson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of <br />the rezoning for Wayne Bjorum, 12515 Keller Ave. to rezone approximately 20 <br />acres from Conservancy to Agriculture. All aye, motion carried. <br />LaMetti & Sons- site Plan Approval - John Hasselbeck provided a site plan of <br />the buildingswhich are currently on the property. He stated that they would <br />like to construct one 7 -9,000 sq. foot building as office space and remove <br />the current buidlings, which are generally used for field offices, but be- <br />cause of decreased business there has been a need to store the buildings. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of <br />the site plan for LaMetti & Sons with the following conditions; <br />1. The current configuration of the buildings not be changed without an <br />amended special use permit with the exception of the small building <br />connected to the shop and the tool shed plan dated 3-3-86. <br />2. for the other five buildings, this permit shall be in effect for only <br />two years or until the proposed office is ready for occupancy. <br />3. No further expansion without an amendment. <br />4. None of the buildingsshall be used for residential use. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Ronald Mahre - Variance - Mahre's are applying for a variance to their site <br />plan to construct a pole bui6ting closer to the road than their home at <br />14360 Hyde Ave. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval of <br />the Variance to the site plan requirement to construct a pole building <br />closer to the road than their home. All aye, motion carried. <br />Bald Eagle Sportsmans Assoc. - Arthur Timm provided the current list of <br />officers for the club and a statement addressing individual items on the <br />existing special use permit. <br />
