Planning Commission <br />April 23, 1986 page 2 <br />B.E.S.A. cont. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Bob Olson that the Planning Commission <br />recommend to the City Council that positive action be taken on the annual <br />review with the conditions set forth in the 1985SsXall govern the club for <br />1986 with one addition; <br />Item 21 shall be changed to read; During the shooting season of 1986, muzzle- <br />loaders be permitted to shoot at the facility, but no black powder, canon <br />or cannon -like weapons be fired or this amendment shall be null and void. <br />This should be limited to four dates aid weapons owned by club members only. <br />The club shall agree to calcium chloride or use dust retardant to the same <br />areas as 1985. <br />Amendment made by Ray Olson, seconded by Rudisill to eliminate the four dates <br />for muzzleloaders to use the facility. <br />AYE: Bob Olson, Fashingbauer, Ray Olson, Rudisill Nay: Atkinson <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion to approve the original motion; All aye, motion carried. <br />Angelo Mancini - Mr. Mancini plans to move a manufactured home on his property <br />at Forest Road and 175th. He has contacted RCWS and they are on the agenda <br />for May 28. The planning commission requested that the clerk; <br />1. consult with Charles Johnson and determine the definition of manufactured <br />home and what and where they are allowed in the City. <br />2. A letter from Rice Creek with their recommendation or permit be issued. <br />3. A grading plan with existing topography, proposed topography, amount of <br />fill, what elevations are now and proposed and then refer the plan to <br />Howard Kuusisto. <br />4. A deposit of $300.00 be paid to the City. <br />Mr. Mancini will call the City when all requests are complete. <br />William Rust Mr. Rust, 12280 Goodview would like to operate a commercial <br />nursery at his residence, which is approximately ten acres. Several letters <br />of complaint have already been received, regarding noise, particularly in the <br />early morning (7:OOAM) and increased use and destruction of the road. <br />A public hearing was scheduled for May 28, 1986 at 7:05 PM. <br />Kurt Nygren - SUP - Mr. Nygren and his partner would like to conduct "ZAP" <br />Games on the property of Chris Molitor and Martin Wegleitner near 142nd and <br />Geneva. This is a field game played with air pistols and colored pellets, <br />which are shot at the opponent in a capture the flag game. <br />A public hearing was scheduled for May 28, 1986, 7:30PM. <br />Wil Harris - Texan Bar - ASUP - Mr. Harris has expressed his concern that the <br />boxing matches which were to be held are more scarce than anticipated and would <br />
