Planning Commisison Minutes <br />May 28, 1986 page 4 <br />Shuh - Anderson <br />plant for Anderson Construction of Brainerd to operate out of the Schuh pit. <br />Hours of operation from 7:OOPM to 7:OOAM for the first ten days and the balance <br />approximately six days, approximately S:OOAM to 9:OOPM Monday through Saturday <br />(maximum of five work days) and further extension shall require an application <br />to the City. This permit will apply to the Hansen pit and includes hauling in <br />11,000 tons of granite chips for 35W project and will be eliminated at the end <br />of said project. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Karla Hancock - SUP - Hancock's request permission to construct a pole barn and <br />horse barn which is zoned RR2 and Agriculture. They currently own three horses <br />and also require aiSUP for animals on RR2 property. This is 30.76 acres recently <br />subdivided at the intersection of 125th and Hilo. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Olson to recommend approval of the/application <br />for Karla Hancock to construct a 30 X 60 barn and a 63 X 40 pole building on 30.76 <br />acres (Yocum) as per site plan. All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of the SUP <br />for Karla Hancock to keep horses in RR2 with the following condition; <br />1. No more than ten horses regardless of the zone on the entire 30.76 acres. All aye. <br />Motion carried. <br />Keith Harstad - Kenneth Briggs presented a revised plan to subdivide property along <br />Egg Lake Road to include approximately 48 new homesites.
