MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 11, 1986 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:04PM. <br />PRESENT: Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Rudisill, Atkinson <br />ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Schoeller <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Bob Olson to approve the Minutes of May 28, <br />1986 with the following correction; <br />Under Anderson Construction; 20 to 23 truckloads per day. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing for Lemay was called at <br />order at 7:07PM. <br />George LeMay Subdivision - There was no public in attendance to comment. <br />The public hearing adjourned and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:19PM. <br />Mr. LeMay would like to divide ten acres from approximately 80 acres zoned Ag. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Ray Olson to recommend approval of the <br />subdivision for George LeMay, 9296 130th St. to divide two ten acre parcels with <br />following conditions; <br />1. A certificate of survey indicate a 60' roadway easement dedicated on <br />or near the line of the SE I of the SE J of the SW i of the SEt with such <br />curves as are necessary. Also that the easement be legally granted in <br />favor of the City of Hugo. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Atkinson made motion, seconded by Rudisill to recommend that the subdivision <br />be approved by Certificate of Survey and legal description as opposed <br />to a plat. All aye, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing for Miron was called <br />to order at 7:31PM. <br />George Miron Subdivision - Mr. Miron plan to divide sixty acres from 160 acres <br />at Ingersoll and 170th St. Roger Schadt, 16842 Ingersoll Ave. NO.was present <br />and concerned with the number of lots being created. He was assured that there <br />was only one lot's%e subdivided, not six. <br />The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:45PM. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval of the <br />subdivision for George Miron, 8824 170th St. to divide sixty acres from a <br />total of 160 acres in the agriculture and conservancy zones, with the following <br />conditions; <br />1. A 30' easement should be providedto the City running east to west for the <br />extension of 165th . All aye, motion carried. <br />
