We recommend approval with the Certificate of <br />Survey as opposed to the platting process. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CHERYL KOSTUCH <br />Ms. Kostuch is proposing the division of a one acre parcel from 17 acres on the <br />corner of 140th Street and Fenway Avenue. The proposed lot would have its own <br />septic system and well. <br />MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Rudisill seconded, to recommend approval of the <br />application of Cheryl/John Kostuch to divide one acre from 17 acres <br />per the Certificate of Survey and legal description dated 8/8/86, <br />subject to the following conditiDns: <br />1. When the home is constructed, sewer and water stubs be extended <br />from the home towards 140th Street, as provided in 290-8, Subd. A (8), <br />to provide future connection as they become available. <br />2. The applicant agrees, in writing, that at such time as sewer is <br />extended and made available, that they agree to be assessed for <br />their portion of that installation. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Ms. Kostuch acknowledged that she has been notified that any further subdivision <br />may require platting. <br />MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Bob Olson seconded, that the Planning Commission <br />recommends that the City Council allow this particular subdivision be <br />registered by Certificate of Survey as opposed to a plat. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />NnRM PnRTnM <br />MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Ray Olson seconded, to postpose review of the two <br />Auto Dismantling Licenses for Norman Horton until 8/27/86, and ask the <br />secretary to write a strongly worded letter to James Flannery suggesting <br />he missed his appointment this evening, and ask he appear in two weeks. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
