.10 <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />August 13, 1986 <br />Page 4 <br />RICHARD OPHUS <br />Mr. Ophus, 12930 Ingersoll, is requesting a variance from the 100' setback from <br />Sunset Lake so that he can construct a 12 x 16 screened -in porch. The porch <br />would be approximately 88' from the lake. <br />MOTION: Rudisill made motion, Bob Olson seconded, to recommend approval of <br />the application for variance for Richard Ophus to construct a 12 x 16 <br />screened -in porch 88' from Sunset Lake, as per Site Plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />NT('K MT1.i PP <br />Mr. Miller is proposing the filling of Lot 1, Bloc: 1, Oakshore Park, for building <br />purposes. Mr. Miller estimates that 1500 yds of fill will be needed to complete <br />the project. <br />MOTION: Atkinson made motion, Bob Olson seconded, to forward the application <br />to Howard Kuusisto for his review and comments. Mr. Miller to deposit <br />$300.00 to cover any lega.L or engineering costs incurred for this <br />application. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Ray Olson made motion, Bob Olson seconded, to adjourn at 9:26 PM. <br />All aye.
