MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 1, 1986 <br />The Special meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:02PM. <br />PRESENT: Schoeller, Ray Olson, Rudisill, Atkinson <br />ABSENT: Fashingbauer, Bob Olson <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing for Sullivan <br />called to order at 7:05 PM. <br />Gerald Sullivan - Subdivision - Mr. Sullivan is attempting to join an <br />existing 7.76, 10.0, and 2.51 acre parcels into one leaving a newly <br />created 2.83 parcel which would be owned by Myrtle Gessner. There was no <br />public in attendance to comment. The public hearing was closed at 7:15PM. <br />The special meeting was reconvened at 7:15PM. <br />Sullivan - Motion made by Atkinson seconded by Rudisill to recommend approval <br />of two subdivisions for Gerald Sullivan, one being ten acres on the west <br />noted on survey as parcel 1 from 80 acres and also subdivide Parcel 3 from the <br />Gessner property with the following conditions; <br />after the subdivisions are granted that the three parcels be combined into <br />one parcel with one tax number, also noted that the council may require <br />a bond letter of credit, or cash deposit to guarantee the combining of the <br />property. All aye, motion carried. <br />The special meeting was recessed and the Molitor public hearing called to <br />order at 7:30PM. <br />Molitor - Public hearing - There was no public to address this subdivision. <br />The public hearing was recessed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:45. <br />Bob Olson arrived at 7:45. <br />Chris Molitor - Mr. Molitor originally thought his land totaled 30 acres. <br />the survey shows the property being 29.4 acres. His request was to divide <br />this into three 10 acre parcels. He has changed his request to one <br />ten acre parcel with 19.4 remaining. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Ray Olson to recommend approval of the <br />subdivision request for Chris Molitor to divide 10 acres from 29.4. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Allan & Karla Hancock - Hancocks own 30.76 acres at Hilo and 125th. They <br />have obtained a SUP to construct two out buildings. The construction of <br />their home and the building;;was to begin simultaneously, however the home <br />will not be built until early 1987. They are now requesting a SUP to <br />construct the buildings before the construction of the home. <br />Motion made by Atkinosn, seconded by Ray Olson to recommend approval of <br />the SUP for Allan & Karla Hancock to construct their out buildings as in- <br />dicated in file 1986-30 with a financial guarantee in favor of the City of <br />
