Construction to begin on or <br />prior to July 1, 1987. <br />Amendment by Ray Olson, seconded by Bob Olson to change certificate of <br />Occupancy to issuance of a building permit. <br />Aye: Rudisill, Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Schoeller <br />Nay: Atkinson <br />Vote on amended motion: All aye, motion carried. <br />Jim Gese - Variance - Mr. Gese is constructing a home at 10249 Kerry Ct., <br />Because of the water in the rear of the property an 18 ft. variance is <br />needed. Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Schoeller, to recommend <br />approval of the 18' variance for Jim Gese at 10249 Kerry Ct. to construct <br />his home 22' from the front property line provided he sign a hold harm- <br />less agreement to protect the City from any potential water or drainage <br />problems, or traffic problems which could result from this variance. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Cary Weisner - SPA - Mr. Weisner owns one acre zoned industrial at 140th St. <br />He would like to add a building to his property for rental purposes. This <br />would house an auto related business. Mr. Johnson has verified that this is <br />a legal use. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill, the Planning Commission <br />makes the determination that this application is not in the scope of duties <br />but make the following comments; <br />1. The total of the two buildings do not exceed the required 40%. <br />2. Access to the rear building is a concern. <br />3. Potential drainage problems. <br />4. Possibility of two principle uses on one property. <br />5.
