Planning Commission Minutes <br />April 24, 1985 page 2 <br />Cyril LaCasse - A public hearing was scheduled for May 22, 1985 at 7:05 PM <br />to consider the rezc�ng request, parcel 93030-2650. Rezone from Conservancy <br />to Agriculutre. <br />Paul Fladeboe - Variance - Mr. Fladeboe would like to construct a gauge <br />totalling 780 sq. ft, To be placed five feet from the property line rather <br />than the required ten feet. A letter from the neighbors on the west was <br />submitted stating they have no objection to the variance. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to grant a variance for a garage <br />for 780 sq. ft. as per site plan dated 4-24-84 to Paul Faldeboe. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to grant a variance to the <br />sideyard setback from 10 ft. to 5 ft provided the lot line is determined prior <br />to the building permit being issued and that the existing garage is converted <br />to living space within one year of issuance of the building permit for new <br />garage. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />The possible rezoning of the Zerwas property on Elmcrest was discussed. The <br />general concensus of the commission was negative. The Zerwas' will notify <br />the City if they plan to continue the process. <br />George Atkinson will attend the May 6 council meeting to submit proposed <br />amendments to the code book. <br />Motion made by Olson, seconded by Atkinson to adjourn at 9:17PM. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
