Planning Commission Minutes <br />June 12, 1985 page 2 <br />Jarousek - cont. <br />6. That any sale or transfer of said property and/or business operation would <br />make this permit subject to review and renewal. <br />7. That the Council, at their discretion, can review this permit at any time, <br />and if violations are found, the permit can be revoked. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Norm Horton - represented by J. Flannery - Mr. Flannery was informed that the <br />Hugo Auto yard is leased by Brants and is managed by another party. It was <br />noticed that cars are being stacked over the allowed limit and customers <br />are once again parking outside the fenced area. These problems should be <br />remedied. The question of the necessity of monitoring wells was raised and <br />determined by the PCA to be a necessary addition to the yard, for the protec- <br />tion of the property owner and surroundings residents. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Granger to recommend approval of the Auto <br />Dismantling Licensesfor Norm Horton with all existing conditions; <br />Aye: Rudisill <br />Nay: Schoeller, Olson, Granger, Atkinson. Motion failed. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Schoeller, to recommend approval of the <br />Auto Dismantling Licensesfor Norm Horton with all existing conditions and the <br />addition of condition eleven; <br />11. One ground water monitoring well be installed and annual water samples be <br />taken and tested by June 1 of each year and results submitted with <br />annual review. All aye, motion carried. <br />Frank Puleo - SUP - Mr. Puleo and John Finnegan the resident at 16325 Forest <br />Blvd. would like to keep a maximum of three horses on the property which is <br />zoned SFE, 9.8 acres. <br />Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Olson to recommend approval of the Special <br />Use Permit for Frank Puleo, 16325 Forest Blvd. to keep no more than three horses <br />on the property. <br />Aye: Schoeller, Olson, Granger, Atkinson <br />Nay: Rudisill Motion carried. <br />Will Harris - SUP - Mr. Harris would like to install two ball fields and golf <br />holes on their property at the Texan Bar, approximately thirty acres.
