MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />July 24, 1985 <br />The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson <br />at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Atkinson, Rudisill, Schoeller, Granger <br />ABSENT: Olson and Fashingbauer <br />Motion by Rudisill, second by Atkinson to approve minutes of <br />July 10, 1985 meeting, motion carried. <br />The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing called <br />to order at 7:05 pm. <br />Gilbert Regnier - Public Hearin - Public Hearing was called <br />To— consider the request of Gilbert Regnier to rezone parcel <br />now zoned Agriculture to RR2 zone. Parcel in question is 15 <br />acres in area and request is for split to two 7J acre lots. <br />No audience participation. Chairman Atkinson recessed public <br />hearing at 7:15 pm. <br />Chairman Atkinson reconvened commission meeting at 7:16 pm. <br />Gilbert Regnier - Rezone request - Commission members discussed <br />mater and were in consensus on rezoning. Motion by Rudisill, <br />second by Granger to deny rezoning request on the Gilbert <br />Regnier property, motion carried. Mrs. Regnier requested place- <br />ment on August 5, 1985 council meeting agenda. <br />Sean Hallet - Filling lot on Sunset bake - Sean Hallet appeared <br />before commission subject eing filling Lot 7 on Sunset Dake. <br />He is not fee owner of property. Chairman Atkinson advised <br />commission member of similar request previously submitted to <br />both Planning Commission and City Council and the outcome of <br />action. Chairman Atkinson advised Mr. Hallet (1) Rice Creek <br />Watershed permit should be updated, (2)request City Engineer <br />Howard Kuusisto to advise him on primary and secondary disposal <br />sites and advise Planning Commission by letter on this matter, <br />(3) City to hold $500.00 deposit from Mr. Hallet for engineering <br />and legal fees incurred; balance to be forwarded to Mr. Hallet. <br />Mr. Hallet requested public hearing to be set on matter but <br />being he is not fee owner, request will be made by owner for <br />Wednesday, August 14, 1985 at 7:05 PM. <br />Charles Shubat - land division - Charles Shubat appreared before <br />Planningommission� application for land division. This <br />property is located on Fiona Avenue, one quarter mile off of <br />Highway #61. Commission advised property in question would have <br />
