Motion by Rudisill, second by <br />Granger, to grant a 10' side yard variance, variance to allow <br />erection of accessory building in front of primary structure, <br />and site plan approval of 30 x 26 accessory building for Quent <br />Marier, roll call: Rudisill, aye; Granger, aye; Schoeller, <br />abstain; Atkinson, aye, motion carried. <br />James Lowe - SPA 44 x 80 Role building - Mr. Lowe was not in <br />attendance anU no -action taken* Chairman Atkinson requested <br />letter be written to Mr. Lowe requesting his attendance at <br />August 14, 1985 meeting for further clarification on application <br />before action is taken. <br />Chairman Atkinson requested nominations in order for Vice <br />Chairman of Planning Commission. Mr. Schoeller nominated Harry <br />Rudisill. No other nominations submitted, nominations closed. <br />Unanimous decision to appoint Harry Rudisill Vice Chairman of <br />Planning Commission. <br />Motio by Schoeller, second by Granger to adjourn meeting, <br />n <br />0 oc ied.
