The garage located at the rear of the property <br />is being used for light manufacturing, and owner is considering applying for <br />rezoning a portion from SFE to Industrial. The operation consists of finishing <br />safety bars for handicapped. <br />There were several alternare plans discussed for dividing the property, including <br />suggestion for splitting the property and adding new driveway at the north end <br />of the property to service the rear piece where this operation is currently <br />carried on. This division allows each division an independent driveway. <br />The public hearing will be held 12/26/84. Mr. Puleo is to bring in a Site Plan <br />and other pertinent information. <br />SANDY BORNDALE <br />Ms. Borndale, 16237 Harrow Avenue North, was not present at the meeting. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, second by Rudisill, that the Planning Commission delay <br />consideration of the Borndale request until the next schedule meeting, and <br />further direct the secretary to mail Ms. Borndale notice that her request will <br />be considered at that time. <br />All aye.
