Planning Commission Minutes <br />Sept. 12, 1984 pg. 3 <br />Weisner — cont. <br />Survey dated 8-13-84. All aye, motion carried. <br />Motion made by Potts, seconded by Atkinson to recommend that a Special <br />Use Permit not be required because of tYe terms Public garage/limited <br />manufacturing under Item 1 principal uses of Chapter 320-4, Subd. L. <br />All aye,.motion carried. <br />Bob Peterson — Site Plan Approval — Mr. Peterson would likAconstruct <br />a 321 x 541 pole building. the property is zoned conservancy. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, seconded by Olson to recommend approval of <br />the site plan for Bob Peterson with the condition that a detailed <br />drawing be presented to the City Council. All aye, motion carried. <br />Vern Pelo uin — Minor Subdivision — Mr. Peloquin is requesting a <br />minor subdivision of 1.6 acres o be purchased by Minnesota Plastics) <br />to construct a building for manufacturing adhesives. <br />Motion made by Potts, seconded by Lorch to recommend approval of <br />the minor subdivision for Vern Peloquin as per survey dated 8-31-84. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Chairman Lorch would like to suggest that unless an applicant has <br />provided all necessary documentation (site plan, survey, proof of <br />ownership etc.) that the not consider— <br />A-mg the case. <br />r <br />It was also noted that there was some controversy regarding the <br />term manufactured home and mobile home and size requirements. <br />Motion made by Potts, seconded by Lorch to adjourn at 10:45PM. <br />6a�� <br />Hugo Planning ommission, Secretary <br />
