Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 25, 1984 pg.2 <br />Lloyd Sathre - cont. <br />4. Mr. Sathre shall be limited to three adult and two immature <br />bovine or horses at any given time. <br />5. The SUP may be revoked upon 1 year notice if it can be proven <br />that the above limited feeding operation has a significant <br />additional impact upon Sunset Lake. <br />6. The addition of any other farm animals shall be considered as <br />an addition to the SUP and a request will have to be made of <br />the City for an amendment to the SUP. <br />7. Said improvements shall be made within one calender year of <br />issuance. An extension for good cause may be granted by the <br />City Council upon written request. <br />Aye: Fashingbauer, Rudisill, Atkinson <br />Nay: Lorch <br />Motion Carried. <br />Rich Dostal - Discussion on rezoning - Mr. Rostal would like to <br />rezone five acres maximum oF his 113 acres at County Rd.s 10 <br />and 8A. Leaving 108 acres zoned agriculture, five acres RR2. <br />The general feeling of the commission was that this would be <br />spot rezoning and would not be approved. Mr. Dostal was informed <br />that he did have the option of filing an application and having <br />a public hearing. <br />Alfred Vogt - Site Plan - Mr.. Vogt would like to construct a 30' <br />x 60 pole building. The property is zoned Conservancy. <br />Motion made by Rucisill, second by Fashingbauer to recommend approval <br />of the site plan for A. Vogt to construct a 30 x 60 pole building <br />provided all setbacks are met and a diagram of the property and <br />buildings be supplied to the City Council. All aye, motion carried. <br />Gerald Handlos - Site-plan - Mr. Handlos would like build a 32' x <br />pole building. All setback requirements are met or exceeded. <br />Motion made by Rudisill, second by Atkinson to recommend approval <br />of the site plan for Jerry Handlos for a 32' x 64' pole building. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Walter Erickson - Rezoning discussioA - Erickson's would like to <br />rezone forty acres at Elmcrestand 165th St. from Conservancy to <br />Agriculture. The property is on the south edge of Hardwood Creek. <br />A public hearing was scheduled for August 22 at 7:05PM provided <br />the clerk's office receives the application signed by the contract <br />holder by August 6th, 1984. <br />Tom Rykken inquired about the possibility of constructing a <br />building on 35 acres zoned agriculture to store equipment used <br />for recreational purposes. He was informed a Special Use Permit <br />would be necessary.
