Planning Commission Minutes July 25, 1984 pg.2 Lloyd Sathre - cont. 4. Mr. Sathre shall be limited to three adult and two immature bovine or horses at any given time. 5. The SUP may be revoked upon 1 year notice if it can be proven that the above limited feeding operation has a significant additional impact upon Sunset Lake. 6. The addition of any other farm animals shall be considered as an addition to the SUP and a request will have to be made of the City for an amendment to the SUP. 7. Said improvements shall be made within one calender year of issuance. An extension for good cause may be granted by the City Council upon written request. Aye: Fashingbauer, Rudisill, Atkinson Nay: Lorch Motion Carried. Rich Dostal - Discussion on rezoning - Mr. Rostal would like to rezone five acres maximum oF his 113 acres at County Rd.s 10 and 8A. Leaving 108 acres zoned agriculture, five acres RR2. The general feeling of the commission was that this would be spot rezoning and would not be approved. Mr. Dostal was informed that he did have the option of filing an application and having a public hearing. Alfred Vogt - Site Plan - Mr.. Vogt would like to construct a 30' x 60 pole building. The property is zoned Conservancy. Motion made by Rucisill, second by Fashingbauer to recommend approval of the site plan for A. Vogt to construct a 30 x 60 pole building provided all setbacks are met and a diagram of the property and buildings be supplied to the City Council. All aye, motion carried. Gerald Handlos - Site-plan - Mr. Handlos would like build a 32' x pole building. All setback requirements are met or exceeded. Motion made by Rudisill, second by Atkinson to recommend approval of the site plan for Jerry Handlos for a 32' x 64' pole building. All aye, motion carried. Walter Erickson - Rezoning discussioA - Erickson's would like to rezone forty acres at Elmcrestand 165th St. from Conservancy to Agriculture. The property is on the south edge of Hardwood Creek. A public hearing was scheduled for August 22 at 7:05PM provided the clerk's office receives the application signed by the contract holder by August 6th, 1984. Tom Rykken inquired about the possibility of constructing a building on 35 acres zoned agriculture to store equipment used for recreational purposes. He was informed a Special Use Permit would be necessary. He will be added to the agenda for Aug. 8th. Motion made by Fashingbauer, second by Atkinson to adjourn at 10:17PM. All aye, motion carried.
