'_`MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLAN1TIIM COP, '`ISSION <br />April 25, 1984 <br />The regular meeting of the planning commission was called to <br />order by Co—Chairman Potts at 7:00 PY. <br />PRESENT: Fashingbauer, Potts, Rudisill, Atkinson, Schoeller, Olson <br />ADSENT: Lorch <br />It is noted that the Planning Commission met at the Bald Eagle <br />Sportsmans Association to inspect the prerrises on April 14, 1984. <br />Motion. made by Fashingbauer, second by Potts to approve the <br />minutes of April 11, 1984 after the following corrections; <br />R. Granger, ....trail park "be" <br />L. Noack, ......gas, oil and "Ph" <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Kostuch — rezoning — Mr. Kostuch would like to rezone small <br />portions of property on 140th and Fenway from Industrial to <br />SFU to conform with surrounding properties. A public hearing <br />was scheduled for May 23, 1984 at 7:05 PD1. <br />The regular meeting was recessed at 7:14 PM. <br />Palme — Major Subdivision — The public hearing was called to <br />order at 7:15 PM. Residents in attendance were Don Lease, <br />Dick Dawson, owner of farmland on the east and Carl Johnson <br />12400 Ivan. Their concerns were drainage from the lots and <br />would it go to the lake and would the new home owners begin <br />objecting to the farming operation because of undesireable <br />odors and noises. The public hearing was closed at 7:40 PM. <br />The regular meeting was reconvened at 7:41 PTT. <br />Potion made by Atkinson, second by Olson, to recommend approval <br />of subdivision plan for Arnold Palme with the following conditions: <br />1. A plan should be presented to the city to insure the <br />integrity of the existing drain tile from the low area <br />on the west side of the property to the lake. <br />2. Roads accepted after development is 80% complete. <br />3. New residents be advised of existing farming condi— <br />tions to the east. <br />4. Northern most cul—de—sac be made more round for ease <br />of snow plowing. <br />
