Hugo Planning Commission <br />April 25, 1984 pg. 2 <br />5. A covenant be added to deeds for lots one and five <br />stating that in the event of the installation of city <br />sewer, water or street improvements the owner of those <br />lots agree to pay assessments based on a minimum of <br />300' of assessable footage. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Ji.nmy DeMars — Special Use Permit — Nr. DeMars would like to <br />construct a 401X 3' pole building prior to the principal <br />residence. They plan to start their home in July of 84. <br />Motion made by Potts, second by Rudisill to recommend approval <br />of the DeMars Special Use Permit to construct a 40' X 63' pole <br />building prior to the principal building with the following <br />conditions; <br />1. .'i letter of credit in the amount' of � 1,500 submitted <br />to the city to insure principal building construction <br />begins within one year. <br />2. To insure compliance with site plan approved and <br />all set backs <br />3. A letter of consent be provided by neighbor to the east. <br />4. Provide a dimensioned site plan to city council. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Dald Eagle Snortsmans Association -Mr. Arthur Timm submitted <br />their plans for extending the shooting range to 200 yards and <br />a direct on change of 10 degrees east. He stated the current <br />membership is approximately 150-160. They would also like to <br />change their hours from 8-8 to 9-9 on a trial basis. Range <br />plans and regular hours change to be discussed on May 9, 1984. <br />T%iotion made by Potts, second by Atkinson to recommend approval <br />of the Special use permit for the B.E.S.A. and the special dates <br />and hours as stated in the letter of April 10. All aye, motion <br />carried. Mr. Timm stated he would provide a membership location <br />list of at least W'o by June 1st, 1984. <br />Richard Granger — Ya'or Subd. — motion made by Potts, second by <br />Fashing auer to recommend approval of the preliminary plan for <br />Richard Granger with the following considerations; <br />1. Lust control procedures should be enacted until devel— <br />opment is 80"� complete. The procedures to take place <br />on Falcon Ave. between 120th St. and the south edge of <br />the development (38 homes will cause 576 to 701 dual <br />wheeled or tandum axled trucks to pass by). <br />2. The subject of railroad crossings should be looked <br />into, also Falcon Ave. near 125th St. railroad crossing <br />is SOFT now and in need of road repair prior to dev— <br />elopment. <br />3. A gond on the property to the north of Mr. Granger's <br />
