The above needs to be addressed by Hugo, DITR, Rice Creek watershed Dist. Also can high water level be loweredbydrainage ditch improvements to the east. 4. Code Article 20.0-6 Subd. C. items 3 and 5 directs us to provide for future streets to "adjacent unsubdivided par— cels". An example would be the land nor -M o!' Mr. Granger's Block 1 icts b,l, and 8. An alternative night be to bring 125th St. west from Highway 61 to serve Mr. Granger's dev— elopment and unsubdivided area to the north. 5. Roads accepted after development is 800/*0 complete. 6. City Council should be aware of the discrepancy (25') of property lines at Everton and 122nd and should be solved so as not to adversely affect the Dale Pelletier property. All aye, motion carried. Mrs. Fashingbauer would like it noted that she prefers Europa not become a through street. Lawrence Hazel — Rezoning — Mr. Hazel would like to rezone 5.77 acres from agriculture and conservancy to SFE and divide into two equal parcels. A public hearing was scheduled for May 23, 1984 at 7:30 PM. Sallv Iluellner — SUP — Mrs. Muellner would like open a beauty shop in her home. There is a main entrance which provides access to the basement, where the shop would be located. The building inspector and fire chief would inspect the premises. Motion made by Potts, second by Fashingbauer to recommend appro— val of the Special Use Permit for Sally Muellner with the fol— lowing conditions; 1. She provide the city with a letter from the neighbor to the south stating they have no objections. 2. Th&t she meet any and all state requirements for a home beauty shop. All aye, motion carried.
