Planning Commission Minutes <br />April 25, 1984 pg. 3 <br />is DITR protected, also the pond on the property east of Mr. <br />Granger's is DTP7, protected, but the ditch between them through <br />T"r. Granger's is not. The above needs to be addressed by Hugo, <br />DITR, Rice Creek watershed Dist. Also can high water level be <br />loweredbydrainage ditch improvements to the east. <br />4. Code Article 20.0-6 Subd. C. items 3 and 5 directs us to <br />provide for future streets to "adjacent unsubdivided par— <br />cels". An example would be the land nor -M o!' Mr. Granger's <br />Block 1 icts b,l, and 8. An alternative night be to bring <br />125th St. west from Highway 61 to serve Mr. Granger's dev— <br />elopment and unsubdivided area to the north. <br />5. Roads accepted after development is 800/*0 complete. <br />6. City Council should be aware of the discrepancy (25') <br />of property lines at Everton and 122nd and should be <br />solved so as not to adversely affect the Dale Pelletier <br />property. <br />All aye, motion carried. <br />Mrs. Fashingbauer would like it noted that she prefers Europa <br />not become a through street. <br />Lawrence Hazel — Rezoning — Mr. Hazel would like to rezone 5.77 <br />acres from agriculture and conservancy to SFE and divide into <br />two equal parcels. A public hearing was scheduled for May 23, <br />1984 at 7:30 PM. <br />Sallv Iluellner — SUP — Mrs. Muellner would like open a beauty <br />shop in her home. There is a main entrance which provides <br />access to the basement, where the shop would be located. The <br />building inspector and fire chief would inspect the premises. <br />Motion made by Potts, second by Fashingbauer to recommend appro— <br />val of the Special Use Permit for Sally Muellner with the fol— <br />lowing conditions; <br />1. She provide the city with a letter from the neighbor to <br />the south stating they have no objections. <br />2.
