MINUTES OF THI; PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THT <br />HUGO PLANYING COM1`ISSION <br />April 11, 1984 <br />The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 111" by Chairman <br />Lorch. <br />Pn'_SENT: Lorch, Potts, Pashingbauer, ATkinson, Schoeller, Olson, <br />Rudisill, Charles Schwab, Charles Johnson. <br />Motion made by Potts, second by Atkinson to approve the minutes <br />of March 28, 1984. All aye, motion carried. <br />?ichard Granger - Public hearing - Mr. Granger .reviewed his plans <br />to develop approximately 50 acres into 37 lots. At this tine he <br />would like to have his plan for 17 lots on the western portion <br />of the property approved. Residents in attendance were; Pat <br />Svendson, 4771 126th St. Ct., Dennis Garner, 1535 Europa, Steve <br />Markeson, 4898 121st St., Doug `dalischek, 12566 Europa, Tony <br />Bloomer, 12471 Ethan, Barb Gallivan, 4.852 F^-,.lcon Ave. The fol- <br />lowing concerns were expressed, condition of the existing roads, <br />and who .,iill pay for upkeep, what type of drainage plan, would. <br />Europa become a through street, would the roads in the indus- <br />trial part; be extended and is Mr. Granger willing to upgrade <br />the intended park area. The public was assured Zice Creek: <br />..!atcrshed would address any drainage probler. Che public hear- <br />in,rr was closed at 8:13 Pl".. <br />The regular meeting was reconvened at 8:25 PM. Mr. Schoeller <br />would like the soil report dated January 16, 1984 included a <br />part of the minutes. <br />.otion made by Atkinson, second by Rudisill to table further <br />discussion on the Richard Gr.anrrer s1.etch'plan based on the <br />follo,:ring concerns; <br />1. =;uropa :ve. shall be extended Southerl-v to meet ro- <br />posed platted street because: (290-u Subd. Look <br />at lots on cul-de-sacs , front setback = 50' <br />3. Intersection of Everton Ave. and 122nd shall be cleaned <br />up and a good perpendicular connection shall be made. <br />4.
