Hugo Planning Commission <br />April 11, 1984 Pg. 3 <br />Len Noack — Auto dismantling; License — l"ike and Dick Brandt are <br />purchasing the auto yard from Mr. Noack. They stated that all <br />lubricants are removed from the autos inside the garage with <br />a concrete floor. 14r. Rudisill suggested that a water testing <br />system be installed to insure the continuing testing of the <br />water quality. <br />Rudisill made motion, second by Potts to recommend installation <br />of two monitoring wells (on the east and west side of the prop— <br />erty) to monitor and collect water samples for contamination by <br />oil, gas, lead,Petc. Sample to be taken by July 30 of each year <br />and the results be submitted to the City of Hugo at the time of <br />the annual review. All. aye, motion carried. <br />I -lotion made by Potts, second by Schoeller to recommend approval <br />of the auto dismantling license renewal. All aye, motion carried. <br />Arnold Palme — Major Subdivision. I"ike Gair presented the plan <br />to divide approximately 80 acres into five acre lots. A public <br />hearing was scheduled for April 25, 1984 at 7:15 PM to consider <br />the request. <br />The secretary was instructed to contact Bald Eagle Sportsmans <br />Association to set up an appointment to tour the grounds at the <br />gun club.
