Hugo Planning Commission <br />February 13, 1980 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Safeway House Movers - cont. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Houle, to recommend approval of the Amended <br />Special Use Permit and Site Plan for Safeway House Movers, to include existing <br />buildings 1 through 5, and the proposed buildings 6, 7, 8, and 9 not to exceed the <br />square footages as indicated. Each building may be built to a lesser square <br />footage. If any of the proposed buildings exceed square footages as indicated, <br />another Amended Special Use Permit will be required. This motion includes the <br />mobile home for watchman quarters at the site indicated, not to exceed 400 sq. ft. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />STANLEY LYNN - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Richard Tetzlaff, representative for Mr. Lynn, was present at the meeting. He <br />stated that the new building is the same size as the old building, after all the <br />additions. The Commission calculated that the old building was 2,958 sq ft. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, that the application of Stanley <br />Lynn for Site Plan Approval in the CB District be tabled until such time as <br />the City Clerk's office is provided with a Site Plan showing the following: <br />1. The lot <br />2. The exterior dimensions of the buildine: drawn to scale <br />3. Written comments are received from City Engineer after his review of the <br />septic system and drainage plan. <br />4. The Clerk's office has received perc test on the property. <br />5. A Certificate of Survey by a registered land surveyor is received in the <br />Clerk's office. <br />6. Written comments are required from our Building Inspector on the proposed <br />septic system after he has determined maximum capacity of the proposed building. <br />7. A complete Site Plan, drawn to scale, showing parking, to include the required <br />number of parking spaces as listed in the ordinance manual for the capacity. <br />This matter not to be placed on the Planning Commission agenda until all the <br />requirements and written comments are received. If the new building dimensions <br />exceed the square footages of the old building, a Special Use Permit will be required. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JAMES HUSNIK - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Husnik had previously been granted Site Plan approval for three buildings <br />on March 20, 1978. Two of the buildings have already been constructed. Per- <br />mission is now requested for the 50 x 100 concrete block building. <br />Motion made by Houle, seconded by McAllister, to recommend approval of the <br />Site Plan for Building C as indicated on the submitted site plan of James Husnik. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
