According to him, any lot split would have to be approved by them. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to recess the public hearing <br />to consider the rezoning request of James Brevig until March 12, 1980, at 7:30 <br />PM, to allow for further reports from the City Engineer, City Attorney, and <br />Rice Creek Watershed, and any other interested parties. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 8:22 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peloquin, Hanson, Greger, Houle, Lorch, McAllister, Peltier <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to approve the minutes of the <br />Special Meeting of January 23, 1980, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to approve the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of January 23, 1980, after the following change has been made: <br />Page 1 (Lloyd Sathre) - The easement to the city would probably be discussed <br />All aye. Motion Carried <br />TOM CLARK - Division of 36 acres (Sunset Lake) <br />Mr. Clark owns 36 acres of land in Sections 26 and 27. Some land is in the RRII <br />district and some in the Agriculture district. (PELOQUIN LEFT THE MEETING AT <br />8:37 PM). Mr. Clark presented a site plan .for the division of his property. <br />Lot 4 has only 165' on a public street and in width. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Houle, that the secretary be directed to <br />send the sketch of Mr. Clark to the City Attorney and specifically inquire if <br />Lot 4, not being 300' in width at any point in the lot, is a salable lot under <br />our Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Johnson is to respond in writing prior to February 20, <br />1980, a copy of which is to be submitted to Mr. Clark. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SAFEWAY HOUSE MOVERS - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Sempel submitted a new Site Plan for his operation. The plan calls for 10 <br />permanent structures, including the mobile home for watchman quarters. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Amended <br />Special Use Permit for Safeway House Movers to have a trailer of less than 400 <br />square feet as indicated on the Site Plan received by the Planning -Commission on <br />2/13/80. <br />McAllister withdrew his motion and Lorch his second. <br />Let the record show that Mr. Sempel concurred with the statement that the new <br />Site Plan in no way is a preliminary approval of a subdivision and is aware <br />that he will have to comply with all subdivision rules. <br />
