The Planning Commission does not recommend a bituminous street at this time, but <br />recommends the City Council consider a development contract with the subdivider <br />for future blacktop requirements. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by Houle, to recommend refunding of the $25.00 fee <br />for Site Plan Approval provided by Grace Jackson and cancel the application. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RICHARD SCHUH - MINING PERMIT <br />ANDREW GOIFFON - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Schuh is interested in reopening the gravel pit previously worked by LaValle <br />Excavating. LaValle's permit has expired. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to set a public hearing for March 26, <br />1980, at 7:30 PM, to consider the requests of Richard Schuh for a Mining Permit and <br />Andrew Goiffon for a Special Use Permit. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Houle, that the secretary be instructed to <br />forward a copy of the applications and the topographical map to the City Engineer <br />requesting that he comment in writing prior to the public hearing. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />THOMAS CLARK <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Lorch, that the scretary be instructed to <br />contact Mr. Thomas Clark and emphasize that the Planning Commission will consider <br />a suitable perc test and that he will not be required to provide a certificate of <br />survey at this level. Ultimately, the City Council will probably require a certi- <br />ficate of survey before they give their final approval. <br />All aye.
