Hugo Planning Commission <br />June 25, 1980 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />WILD11OOD DEVELOPMENT - SUP, MINOR SUB, TWO VARIANCES <br />Hanson expressed concern regarding where water would drain if the A & W property <br />was ever developed. (PELTIER ARRIVED AT 8:10 PM). Mr. Granger <br />stated that run off would go around the building and to the south. <br />Jay Knoph, owner of the A & W. stated that the catch basin located on <br />his property worked very slow. Hanson suggested the possibility of a <br />drainage easement along the rear property belonging to Wildwood. <br />Peloquin stated that before any blacktopping should be done, the <br />possibility of having a storm sewer foUggeces of property should be <br />investigated <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval <br />of the Special Use Permit for Wildwood Development to construct an <br />eight unit multi -family dwelling condominium in the SFU zone, subject <br />to the following: <br />1. The developer is to construct the building as indicated on the <br />submitted Site Plan. <br />2. The developer to comply with all requirements for drainage as <br />may be required by the City Engineer. <br />3. The building is to be constructed of the materials and the appro- <br />ximate colors as shown to the Planning Commission. <br />4. The developer to post a Letter of Credit, in an amount to be deter- <br />mined, to cover the exterior Site Plan compliance and blacktopping <br />of the proposed parking area, to the satisfaction of the city. <br />5. The developer will provide to the City Council a copy of the <br />Condominium Association Agreement, which shall be to the satis- <br />faction of the city. <br />6. The private easement between Lots A and B be of a perpetual nature <br />and recorded on both deeds, subject to the satisfaction of the city. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Hanson, Greger, Houle, Lorch, McAllister, Peltier <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloqui, to recommend approval <br />of the Minor Subdivision for Ronald Granger, a� certificate of Survey <br />on file. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval <br />of the Variance for Wildwood Development for parking within 2' of the <br />rear property line (5' required). <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
