Proof of ownership <br />NED PIERCE - CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />Mr. Pierce, 5688 141st Street, would like to construct a 26 x 32 garage in the <br />SFU zone. The property is located on a corner lot (141st and Fondant). There <br />is an existing one car garage attached to the house. <br />The Commission reviewed the ordinance regarding setback on a corner lot, and <br />requested that the secretary obtain an opinion from the City Attorney as to what <br />is required for setback for an accessory building on a corner lot. The Planning <br />Commission did not feel 5' setback is sufficient (see 320-5, Subd. H, paragraph 5). <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to adjourn at 9:38 PM. <br />All aye.
