Complete property site plan showing existing parcel they own and the newly <br />purchased parcel. To include all lot lines and required parking spaces. <br />2. Consolidate the two parcels on one deed (certificate of survey). <br />3. Comments from the Building Inspector and City Engineer as to the suitability <br />and construction integrity of the existing building. <br />4. Drainage plan for the entire parcel. <br />5. State the maximum capacity of the on sale establishment that will determine <br />the number of parking spaces required. <br />6. City Clerk's office to provide the applicant with copies of the following: <br />Chapter 219 - Parking <br />Chapter 320 - CB section <br />Setback chart <br />7. Specific comments and recommendations from the Building Inspector on the suit- <br />ability on increased usage of the present septic system. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />The Washington County Planner will meet with representatives of the city on Monday, <br />July 28th, at 3:00 PM, Hugo City Hall, to further discuss the proposed Comprehen- <br />sive Plan. <br />The Commission discussed the public hearing to be held at Metro Council on July 31. <br />McAllister suggested that each Planning Commission member review the submitted data <br />and provide any written comments to the clerk's office for the City Council meeting <br />of August 4, or bring to the Special Meeting of July 29. The clerk's office will be <br />responsible for the consolidation of these comments. <br />Planning Commission members are to review the Comprehensive Plan from Lino Lakes <br />and have comments ready for the next regular meeting (August 13). <br />Bill Hanson suggested that the City Council contact the holder of the Special Use <br />Permit for Hugo Auto Parts (Horton) regarding parking on the street and in the <br />driveway. Visually, it appears there is no room for customer parking within <br />the fenced area. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Hanson, to adjourn at 10:13 PM. <br />All aye.
